Introduction

At Untitled Solutions, we are passionate about purposeful work that drives impact and innovation. We prioritize building upon staff expertise, fostering collaboration, and connecting the digital and physical worlds to create meaningful experiences. By supporting mission-focused projects, solving complex problems with practical solutions, and championing professional development, we help make work both enjoyable and transformative.

Frameworks like design thinking, content mapping, and journey mapping can help ensure every aspect of your organization is strategically aligned. Connecting strategic plans to tactical efforts is paramount. We are passionate about how digital content production, technical infrastructures and governance each facilitate meaningful access and engagement for your audiences.

About Jack Ludden

Jack Ludden is a cultural heritage expert who builds open and collaborative work environments by bridging experts from different fields of interest. Jack is a digital advocate, communications specialist, and an audience-experience expert and has worked at organizations such as the Getty, Disney, and the Shoah Visual History Foundation. He is also the Collections Management Director for the Sandor Family Collection and an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University. Jack is an active board member of The Book Truck and has been a strong advocate of the American Alliance of Museums for years. Currently, Jack works with the dynamic and talented team at Balboa Park Online Collaborative as an Audience Experience and Innovation Strategist.

Jack has been fortunate to work with both large and small museums. These roles have allowed him to develop a comprehensive understanding of nonprofit operations. Moreover, he creates work environments that are collaborative, ambitious, and grounded in sustainable outcomes. He has extensive expertise in guiding large, complex distribution channels (e.g. Websites, on-site technologies, online publishing, mobile apps). He also has significant experience in guiding social media and social networking, overseeing digital content strategy, guiding digital brand, metadata management, and posting hundreds of videos and blog posts.

Jack champions a distributed digital work environment that relies on robust enterprise technologies, effective workflows, and an organizational commitment to data-informed decision-making. To Jack, a positive work environment helps build and support exceptional audience experiences that are useful, relevant, and innovative. He finds enjoyment in connecting strategy to the day-to-day tactical work. Whether someone is a museums expert or a first-time museum visitor, Jack believes that technology allows a museum to meet people where they are.

Jack holds an M.F.A. from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and B.A. from Northwestern University. Outside of his professional commitments, Jack is a devoted father of two and actively participates in his community. He is a crafting enthusiast.
